OPPORTUNITY:

Will UR Association become one of Amways finest? Facebook UR Association is a network marketing group and prodigy of Amway, kind of like an MLM within an MLM. Theyre officially an Amway Motivational Organization (AMO), but theyre definitely making a name for themselves like trendy MLMs BeachBody and Scentsy are doing. So have I been involved? This video explains: name: email: All good? Lets continue Overview UR Association is one of Amways many love children. Basically, Amway has gotten so huge, that some of its top performers have started building their own MLM empires based on the methods that helped them succeed with Amway. These are MLMs within Amway that offer motivational and training materials to new Amway hopefuls. UR Assocation was founded by Amway stars John and Jennie Belle Crowe. John was originally associated with the Britt World Wide system, one of the largest AMOs (which is in turn associated with the largest AMO, World Wide Dream Builders), before he did well enough for himself to start his own AMO. Is your mind blown yet? The two joined Amway in 1973 and hit Diamond level in 5 short years, less time than it took you to gather up the courage to finally message your high school crush on Facebook. Now, theyve got tens of thousands of distributors in their organization. They started up UR Association in 2007, and they already had 7 Diamond-level success stories by 2009. Even his own daughter and son-in-law (David and Kristen Dussalt) are Diamond members. Guess it runs in the family. John & Bobbi Sestina, Executive Diamonds, are next in line at UR Association. While UR Association hasnt quite reached the levels of massive AMOs like WWDB and Britt World Wide, theyre making their way up there. How much does UR Association cost? $100-$500+ per month. In addition to a basic membership, there are all kinds of costs associated with joining. While not all of them are mandatory, youll need to buy in big to win big. This means purchasing subscriptions to training materials, buying extra books and CDs, attending seminars and events and group meetings (which all cost money), etc. Products UR Association products are all motivational and training products designed to help Amway IBOs succeed. They include tapes, audio files, CDs, and books as well as live in-person events such as training seminars and group meetings. They sell all kinds of business support materials, and the idea here is that the more materials you buy, the more money youll make. If youre not making money, youre not buying enough product. Its pretty genius, actually. Usually failure to make money might cause someone to blame the company or system and quit, but these guys turn it around on you and convince you that your failure means youre not involved enough and that you need to put MORE money into this already failing venture. Compensation Plan Its hard to find any information on UR Association online, let alone a laid out comp plan. Of course the main comp plan youd be partaking in is Amways. However, its been proven that most Amway IBOs who are super successful are actually making the majority of their income by selling their own motivational and training tools, a la UR Association. The common account from former UR Association members (and Amway IBOs, for that matter) seems to be that they put in a good amount of effort, were able to recruit a small team, and then just kind of plateaued. They saw some earnings, but not enough to justify all the effort (or alienating all their friends), let alone enough to work from home. Even some former Diamond members have gone on record saying that the immense amount of effort and time they had to put in to get where they are was NOT worth it. It takes years and years (decades) to hit that level, and after all that, their income wasnt even all that impressive once you take into account what theyre spending on monthly memberships, event fees, and training and motivational materials. Recap UR Association is a pretty brilliant idea, for the couple people at the top. I could see them making an even bigger name for themselves in Amway history, but I can also see them burning out. That being said, even if they do make a big name for themselves, its only gonna benefit the few at the top. Theres a chance you could be one of those lucky few, but only if youre willing to dedicate all of your free time and energy to the venture and lose all your friends and family in the process. Youre basically giving up your entire life for this organization. Thats why they call it a cult. Look, not a company hater by any means. But if you like passive income streams, there are better opportunities out there. In other words, you might like our training because it teaches the good life without peddling products to your family and friends.
