Whenever
you join a network marketing company, typically
you'll be shown an mlm compensation plan, or sometimes
called "the comp plan", or sometimes called
"the pay plan". It's the plan by
which the mlm company follows to compensate their
members for sales and sales volume in the form of
royalty overides, or simply known as mlm commissions.
There's
a variety of different types of mlm compensation
plans. Look at a dozen mlm companies and each
will show off there amazing compensation plan, and
each one will be different than the next.
Every
type of compensation plan is designed differently.
And each claims to have a major advantage over other
types of compensation plans. But the reality is
that more often than not, each type and style of
mlm compensation plan has it's share of pro's and
con's.
For
example some are designed to reward members fast
and quickly. While other comp plans are designed
to not give out as much in the short run, in hopes
of possibly being able to offer more to the mlm
downline members in the long run.

mlm
compensation plan
are definitely a very important part of your mlm

Here's
an visual example of what an MLM compensation
plan might look like once people are added into
it. It's no different than the hierarchy structure
you'll find within most corporations. You have the
CEO or President at the top, which in the case of
an MLM downline is actually "You". Then
as you recruite members they go under you to join
your mlm organization. And as they work hard on
building their businesses you get to reap the rewards
since you were the upline that sponsored or signed
them up into your downline. So these are not pyramid
schemes at all. They're more often than not basically
the same thing you'll find at any big corporation
or fortune 500 company.
